Dr. Samuel Levatino is 65 years old and has been a practicing dentist in Baton Rouge, LA for 40 years. He is a graduate of the LSU School of Dentistry (1972), where he was the Recipient of the Crown and Bridge Award for Clinical and Didactic Achievement. He has five children and seven grandchildren.
