Dr. Samuel Levatino is 58 years old and has been practicing dentistry in Baton Rouge for 30 years. He is a graduate of the LSU School of Dentistry (1972) and a recipient of the Crown and Bridge Award for clinical and didactic achievement. He has five children and four grandchildren.
